At Red Earth Yoga Center, we practice Vinyasa, Hatha & Ashtanga Style Yoga. Most (but not all) of our classes are heated in a studio to 85-90 degrees. The warmth helps you sustain a healthy amount of sweat which is a natural detox for the body, and also helps to build flexibility. The warmth helps to gently reduce tension and safely raises your heartbeat. Always remember that warm muscles mean a safer practice. All of our classes are non-competitive. We offer powerful flows for those that like the intensity, as well as slower, softer practice that don't require so much energy.
