List And Description Of Weekly Classes:
Hot Power Yoga
This class is composed of a challenging sequence of asanas that builds heat, increases flexibility, detoxifies the body, improves overall health, facilitates weight loss and gives you a toned, healthy body. Heated Class. 85-90 degrees. Some experience suggested. 60 Minute class except for Fridays with Waleah at 9:15 am 90 minute class.
Beginning Yoga Express Get in, get out and get your yoga done! This basic-not-boring class offers an easy-to-follow flow that will leave you stretched, energized. Held in a room temperature studio. NON-HEATED CLASS (45 minute class)
Cool Beginning Yoga If you have never done yoga before, this class is for you! Very basic, well explained class that is fun! This class is also great for the yogi who doesn't like the "Hot Classes" and a less intense pace. Non Heated, 60 minute class. All Levels.
Core Yoga A fun class that emphasizes working those abs! Very much like a Pilates class. This is one of Red Earth's most popular classes! NON HEATED CLASS (60 minute class) All Levels- No experience necessary.
Yoga For Athletes This popular class focuses on building strength and stamina while also exhilarating the body and mind, helping to facilitate weight loss and improve overall health. Some experience suggested. You do not have to be a pro to attend this class, Recommended for those who have a very active lifestyle, i.e. walking, running, cycling, etc. It is a great "Cross Training" Class. Heated Class (85-90 degrees)
Yin/Yang Yoga Yin Yoga activity is slow, steady with a sense of core softness and surrender. Yang activity is mobile, builds to an apex before calming down and maintains a core strength that requires appropriate effort. The main difference between these styles of engagement is a matter of degree and more about how we practice determines whether we target the yin or yang tissues more directly or indirectly.
Lunch Bunch All Levels Welcome! Non-Heated Class that begins at 12:10 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. A great midday "pick me up" class to help you ease into the rest of your day.
Power Fusion powerful sequence of moves that can totally reshape you, physically, mentally and spiritually.
