Ashtanga Yoga/Hot Power Yoga
Ashtanga yoga is a system of yoga transmitted to the modern world by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois (1915-2009). This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures—a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.
Beginning Yoga If you have never done yoga before, this class is for you! Very basic, well explained class that is fun! This class is also great for the yogi who doesn't like the "Hot Classes" and a less intense pace. Non Heated, 60 minute class. All Levels.
Yoga For Athletes This popular class focuses on building strength and stamina while also exhilarating the body and mind, helping to facilitate weight loss and improve overall health. Some experience suggested. You do not have to be a pro to attend this class, Recommended for those who have a very active lifestyle, i.e. walking, running, cycling, etc. It is a great "Cross Training" Class. Heated Class (85-90 degrees)
Lunch Bunch All Levels Welcome! Non-Heated Class that begins at 12:10 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. A great midday "pick me up" class to help you ease into the rest of your day. All Levels
