Red Earth Yoga Center (REYC) is a yoga studio dedicated to the transformative and healing practice of yoga, particularly, Ashtanga Yoga.  We welcome you to our studio and look forward to supporting you on your journey.

Mysore

6 a.m.- 9:00 a.m.
I have just returned from my studies in Mysore, India and am teaching this class in the EXACT way I was taught there.  In this class you will receive extra individual attention and I will teach you at a pace specifically tailored for you, your body, and your level of flexibility and strength.  You may drop in anytime between 6:00 a.m and 7:30 a.m. and practice for as little as 30 minutes or as long as 3 hours!  You show up, I do the rest.  Same rates apply.  No extra fees.  Extra hands on instruction/adjustments.  The absolute best way to learn if you are a beginner.  Also the absolute best way to deepen or advance your practice if you are a regular practitioner.  Absolutely NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.


All Levels-Non Heated
Mon- 5:45 pm, Wed-7:00 pm, and Sat-9:15 

All Levels-Heated Classes
Sun-4:30 pm, Tues 5:45 pm, Thurs-5:45, Fri 9:15

Non Heated Classes are 60 minutes in duration.  
Heated Classes are 60-75 minutes in Duration.  
Saturday Non Heated Class is 45 minutes

Heated/Non Heated Class Description:

HOT YOGA
Generally our heated classes are described as a "Vinyasa Flow." The asanas (poses) flow together guided by the breath on every inhalation and exhalation. The class is created by the Instructor and is never, ever exactly the same.  The classes are designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group in the body while challenging your strength and flexibility. Detoxifying twists, abdominal strengthening, balancing postures, deep hip openers, seated postures and inversions are some of the basics these classes are founded upon..  Fantastic for building lean muscle mass!  Students of ALL LEVELS are invited to join this class.  Clear instruction is given throughout class and hands on adjustments are given. Each student works to his/her own ability and comfort level.

COOL YOGA
If you are not sure about where to begin or simply don't like the heat, these classes are a great place to jump in and begin experiencing the many benefits of Hatha or Vinyasa yoga!  Designed to systematically target literally every joint, muscle, ligament, tendon, vessel, nerve and gland, this class will leave you feeling strong and flexible! Students of ALL LEVELS are invited to join this class.
Clear instruction is given throughout class and hands on adjustments are used. Each student works to his/her own ability and comfort level. (Saturday class is only 45 minutes in duration)

Mysore
